Party Terms and Conditions
General Statement
Regardless of what you have been told, the following Terms and Conditions apply. The Terms and Conditions and information contained on our website replace, supersede and take precedence over any verbal communications. Any changes to the contrary must be acknowledged in writing by Rock 'N' Air. No exceptions.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to be solely responsible for ensuring that all participants and invitees which are in attendance at your event (“Invitees”) shall have a completed, and properly executed, waiver before entering the premises for the event. Further, you agree to indemnify Rock ‘N’ Air (and anyone whom Rock ‘N’ Air is legally responsible) against any and all claims brought against Rock ‘N’ Air (and anyone whom Rock ‘N’ Air is legally responsible) by an Invitee. This indemnification shall extend to all claims for damages to person or property which arise from said Invitee’s participation in your event at the premises or the Invitee’s use of the premises the day of the event, whether it occurs before the event has commenced, during the event, or after the event has concluded.
Food & Beverage Policy
The party organizer is permitted to bring one non-ice cream cake and/or cupcakes. Under no circumstances can we store your cake in our freezer/refrigerator. No other outside food or beverages are permitted in the facility. However, if a participating guest has food allergies an exception to the food policy may be accommodated. Please discuss this with the Party Coordinator. Any accommodation must be acknowledged in writing by Rock 'N' Air. No exceptions.
Charges
You may bring your own inflated balloons for a fee of $5.00 and paper goods and/or decorations for a fee of $10.00. No party decorations may be hung or attached to the walls, ceiling or any other surface with anything other than Fun-Tak Mounting Putty. Thumb tacks, push pins, and/or tape are strictly prohibited. Any non-compliance will result in a charge of $75.00. Pinatas and confetti of any kind including glitter are strictly prohibited. Any non-compliance will result in a charge of $75.00. Helium tanks are strictly prohibited. Body or face painting of any kind is strictly prohibited. Sparklers of any kind including sparkler candles are strictly prohibited. The event is for one birthday guest of honor. A fee of $75.00 will be assessed for each additional guest of honor and they will receive a free gift and future park pass. You and your guests must vacate the party room at the end of your event. Any non-compliance will result in a charge of $75.00. If you and your guests continue to use the attractions after your event has ended, you will be charged $10.00 (plus tax) per ticket, per hour (any portion of an hour will be rounded to a full hour) based upon the total number of tickets in your event.
Cancellation
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. You may reschedule your event date one time without any charge if done in writing by Rock ‘N’ Air at least 21 days prior to the original event date. The rescheduled date must be within 3 months of the original event date. If you cancel within 21 days of your event or do not attend your event, you will be responsible for 100% of the event cost. If the park is closed due to weather or Acts of God, your event will be rescheduled.
Safety
Your safety and the safety of your guests is of paramount importance to Rock 'N' Air. We ask that you remind your guests to arrive 15-20 minutes early so everyone can watch our safety video and complete the check-in process.
General
Under no circumstances shall any party room exceed 24 participants unless agreed to in writing to the contrary by Rock ‘N’ Air. The party room will not be available to enter prior to the scheduled time for any reason including, but not limited to, decorating and we cannot store decorations or cake prior to the check-in time. All party rooms are subject to capacity limitations. Rock ‘N’ Air reserves the right to limit capacity during your event. All outside vendors must be approved in writing by Rock ‘N’ Air (i.e., costume characters, photographers, etc.) and provide a valid insurance and worker’s compensation certificate acceptable to Rock ‘N’ Air. Nothing made of glass may be brought into the facility. You and all participants and invitees which are in attendance at your event (“Invitees”) must vacate the party room and the premises at the end of your event. You are required to inform your Invitees that they are required to vacate the premises and are not permitted to use the attractions after your event has ended. You agree to be solely responsible for ensuring that your Invitees vacate the premises and do not use the attractions after your event has ended. Rock ‘N’ Air reserves the right to terminate your event at any time due to behavior by you deemed inappropriate by Rock ‘N’ Air including, but not limited to, the use of profanity, the act of being abusive towards any Team Member of Rock ‘N’ Air or threats by you against Rock ‘N’ Air. Room location (not type) is subject to change without notification.
Payment
We do not accept Checks. Your Party Host and Team Members are here to make this a memorable experience. A gratuity of 18% is suggested for their services.
